Bugle Call!

So I recently got some Bugles as a snack, having James working at Walgreen's turns out to be a rather nice thing as we get discounts and so sometimes I get surprise snacks which I've grown to love oh so very much.. And may I note, Bugles.. Yes Bugles, the little conical corn chip which is meant to look vaguely like a horn.. So naturally you know what I had to do with them? The same thing every retard in the fucking world has to do with them I mean come on, it's requisite.

So after relenting to my mental retardation I actually got down to tasting the mother fuckers since that's the whole point of this blog post and taking photographs of them was to review them for you people.. So what's the skinny you may ask?

Well the first bag I got were just regular plain-ass Original Bugles which wasn't disappointing because I haven't had these for years and the bag was huuuuge.. I'm sure most people out there have had Bugles so the article won't go into detail about this, that and the other, sufficed to say that they're corn chips, they're salty, they're conical (mostly supposed to be at least) and they're very tasty.. They're very different from the average corn chip like say Frito's in that they seem to have a different texture and yes, even taste.

They're pretty greasy though and kind of hard to eat a lot in one sitting without emptying a damn lakes worth of water, I mean salty.. Yeah, that was a bit of an understatement but it wasn't bad and they weren't bad for sure.

7.2/10 Big Cat Paws

A little above average but mostly y'know, fun because I'm a retarded ass person who relished the opportunity to make claws with chips. Amusingly and disturbingly crooked and fucked up claws but still claws.

Bugles Sweet & Salty Caramel:

Holy fucking shit have I ever discovered something orgasmic in these, these are AMAZING, take your normal Bugles and amp them up to twenty with enough aphrodisiacs to kill a person with immediate orgasmic bliss.

They're sweet, they're salty and super crunchy and OH SO GOOD.

First bite on these I was apprehensive, they seemed hard and strangely textured, smoother than the original Bugles but that's because of the 'Caramel Glaze' over each conical chip which is an EXCELLENT, not just good but EXCELLENT thing.. The Caramel is a strange sort of 'thick' texture and taste, tasting and feeling very much like candy coating the chip, the saltiness breaking through as you chew to accompany the sweetness perfectly and the chip itself? Hard enough for some give but breaking down easily enough to become deliciously intensely epic.

9.8/10 Big Cat Paws

These are the goddamn closest you can come to perfection in a snack without reaching it. I know they could be a little better, I just don't know how.. But they're close to absolute perfection.

Careful these are hella addictive and easy to eat a ton of in one sitting. Only problem I have is that the bag is SMALL! Fucking too small! I wanted more SO GODDAMN BAD!

Dinner:

Tonight's dinner came out well! Shiro firesandoitchi (White Fillet Sandwich) which is a Sandwich comprised of White Fillet and a special house-made Japanese Tartar Sauce! The sides? Steamed Rice with Sweet Peas and a Raspberry Pretzel Anpan (Sweet Roll)

Came out beautifully and James seemed to quite enjoy it so all in all a win!

It's nice to succeed at something because I've also burnt the HELL out my finger today, take a look at this wicked battle scar;

This is what happens when you touch the inside of your finger to the orange fuck hot burner coil inside the oven. Almost had to permanently replace my finger with a Bugle.

Nice.
